The Discovery

After 20+ years coaching thousands of professionals through workplace transitions, Erica noticed that clients kept describing their work experiences in identical words: "I'm drowning. I can't keep my head above water."

The executive navigating a merger. The mid-career professional facing automation. The new grad entering a turbulent job market. Different situations—all using the same language.

The pattern was clear. And once seen, it's observable everywhere.

Because work changes in the same patterns found in nature—recognizable wave cycles with peaks, troughs, and momentum shifts you can learn to read and ride. When you understand the pattern, you can stop reacting blindly and start anticipating what's next.

That's when Wave Work Framework™ was born—grounded in neuroscience, tested by thousands, and built for constant change.

The Inside Scoop

"What makes Erica an authority on navigating change at work?"

"I've been on all sides of the employment equation—as an HR professional, Career and Leadership Coach, and job seeker. I've seen how it works from the inside-out and all angles.

In fact, my early career was a masterclass in rapid transitions: teaching at-risk teens, staffing candy factories and "cubicle farms," answering complaints in call centers, driving a big yellow school bus (okay, the double-clutch beat me), leading sales trainings and in-store "ambush makeovers" at shopping malls, and designing and deploying IT systems for F100 firms and staffing tech startups in hypergrowth. Landing new gigs fast became my claim to fame.

I also know quite personally that not all work changes are by choice. I've experienced what it's like to come to work one day and discover my company is closing, sending jobs thousands of miles away, and then train my own replacement to do my job. I've also been the person handing workers pink slips, and walked laid-off employees out the door with their belongings in boxes.

I've been in their shoes—from Fendi to Flip Flops. That's how I learned how hiring really happens, what works, and what doesn't in our changing world of work, and how to navigate it.

That's why I'm committed to helping you know what I know, so you too can navigate the waves of change at work. Today and tomorrow."
